IntelliRad Imaging is pleased to welcome our new neuroradiologist Dr. Ricardo Burgos to our practice.
Dr. Burgos will be working remotely every other week from 4pm eastern to midnight. He retired from the U.S. Army Medical Corps in 2017 as a Colonel after serving for 21 years. From 2005 to 2017, he served as a neuroradiologist at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, where he taught and mentored many radiology residents.
Since retiring from the military, he worked as an onsite radiologist for an outpatient imaging center in Hawaii and a teleradiologist for a hospital in New York. He looks forward to working with our radiology residents at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, one of whom is his daughter, Dr. Camille Burgos. Outside of work, Dr. Burgos is a Deacon the Catholic Church and enjoys dinners traveling, kayaking, gardening, hiking, working out, and sports. He is married to Danielle and has two other children besides Camille, Christian and Michael.
Welcome to IntelliRad, Dr. Burgos!
